The Day
Join Stacey Steele Yoga and Andy of Painting Sounds for this relaxing day retreat right next to the Hamble River.
Summer can be a busy time for many of us, so this day is designed as an opportunity to press pause - to spend time doing something just for you.
With mindful movement, soothing sounds, fabulous food, and time to either walk by or paddle on the river this day offers the opportunity to nourish your body, nurture your nervous system and spend time reconnecting with nature.

The venue
The Retreat will take place at Fairthorne Manor, near Botley. Set within 95 acres of grounds including open fields and mature woodlands, with walks by and access to the River Hamble, it's a beautiful spot surrounded by nature.
Drive from Winchester, Portsmouth or Southampton in less than half-an-hour, under a mile from Botley Railway Station. Free parking is available on site.

hosts
Stacey is a yoga teacher based in Southampton. She has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, since having her second child and needing some “me time” and has completed both her 200hr yoga teacher training with Laura Green in 2018 and a 95 hour advanced children’s yoga training with Yogabeez in 2017/2021. Along with various CPD courses too.
She is passionate about making people feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies and offers a range of options to allow participants to find what feels right for them.


Andy spent 3 years training as a sound therapist before also qualifying as a meditation teacher. He has regularly supports other yoga teachers and businesses in the local area.
After being diagnosed with chronic PTSD in 2015, Andy used sound therapy techniques and meditation in his own recovery, kickstarting his passion to help others. He is passionate about teaching techniques which can become healthy habits to help you feel the benefits of the experiences he shares long after the day has finished.
