The Day
Join Stacey Steele Yoga and Andy of Painting Sounds for this relaxing day retreat right next to the Hamble River.
Summer can be a busy time for many of us, so this day is designed as an opportunity to press pause - to spend time doing something just for you.
With mindful movement, soothing sounds, fabulous food, and time to either walk by or paddle on the river this day offers the opportunity to nourish your body, nurture your nervous system and spend time reconnecting with nature.

Meditative Moments
Take moments to pause and draw the attention inwards. Focus on the breath, sensations, sounds: providing an anchor for the mind so that the usual pattern of thoughts can float away like a twig on the flowing river.

Nervous System Yoga Soundscape
A magical combination of carefully selected yoga movements and breathwork, combined with specially chosen therapeutic sounds married together to balance and reset your nervous system.

Time Focused on Nature
Choose from a guided walk by the river, time spent paddleboarding on the river*, or free time to read/do some nature themed mindful colouring in the retreat space, or outside
*(extra fee applies at time of booking)

Soundbath Relaxation
Time to completely relax as you lay/sit back, letting the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, steel drums and percussion take you to a dream like state.

Nourish
Refuel your body with a delicious and nutritious lunch provided by the wonderful John of Hampshire Vegan Catering. Hot drinks and fresh fruit also available throughout the day.
