The venue

The Retreat will take place at Fairthorne Manor in Curdridge, Hampshire. Easily accessible by car from Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester, with good links to the motorway for ease of travel. It is also less than 1 mile from Botley train station.

The light and airy daffodil room is situated nearby to the historic manor house, within 95 acres of land that includes woodland and meadows with views of and access to the River Hamble.

Stacey is a yoga teacher based in Southampton. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, since having her second child and needing some “me time” and has completed both her 200hr yoga teacher training with Laura Green in 2018 and a 95 hour advanced children’s yoga training with Yogabeez in 2017/2021. Along with various CPD courses too.

She is passionate about making people feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies and offers a range of options to allow participants to find what feels right for them.

Andy spent 3 years training as a sound therapist and now as a meditation teacher has supported other yoga teachers and businesses in the local area.

After being diagnosed with chronic PTSD 10 years ago, Andy used sound therapy techniques and meditation in his own recovery. He is passionate about teaching techniques which can become healthy habits to help you feel the benefits of the experiences he shares long after the day has finished.
