Flow Yoga Classes
My flow yoga classes are mat based, meaning that we will practice at floor level, using a range of laying, seated, kneeling and standing yoga poses (asana) and flowing sequences (vinyasa).
​
These classes are suitable for complete beginners through to seasoned yogis, with the only requirements being that you can get up and down from the floor by yourself and that you can breathe!
​
There is no need to be flexible, bendy, strong or a particular shape to come to a flow yoga class - Yoga and I will meet you where you are.
Each week we will use a theme to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and confidence in both body and mind.
Chair Yoga Classes
My chair yoga classes are chair based, meaning that we will practice both from sitting on the chair and standing using the chair to support us.
​
Chair yoga is the perfect way to explore the benefits of yoga without having to come down to a mat on the floor, making it accessible to a wider range of people, regardless of fitness level or age.
​
These classes will help to build strength, boost resilience, improve balance and develop relaxation techniques to support overall wellbeing in body and mind.
​
No previous yoga experience needed as classes are suitable for complete beginners, just come as you are and experience the magic of yoga in a supportive and friendly place.
