The Day

Join Stacey Steele Yoga and Andy of Painting Sounds for this coastal day retreat, centred around mental health.

This retreat takes place on World Mental Health Day, an annual day to remind us of the importance of prioritising and investing in our own mental wellbeing.

Join us as we explore gentle movement, indulge in mindfulness activities, delve into meditation, soak up the sea air and soften into a soundbath relaxation. Leave feeling restored and with a toolbox of mental health practices to use at home.
