I first attended a yoga class 6 weeks after having my second child.

 

I decided I needed to get out of the house for an hour a week for some “me time” and to do some form of exercise.

I soon discovered that as well as the obvious physical benefits of improved flexibility and strength there was a wealth of other unexpected benefits.

 

I began to sleep better, I became more patitent and I developed a deeper understanding/acceptance of my own body with which I had been waging war since my teens.

After a few years of regular practice, I felt called to share the wonders of yoga with others and in 2018 I completed my 200hr teacher training to enable me to do just that.

​Yoga is not magic, but with practice you may rediscover who you are and what you are capable of, whilst having some fun in the process.
